Maritime Blueberry Mash (serves 2)

Ingredients

• 2 cups Saltwinds Ocean Fresh cold brew
• 6 tbsp of maritime blueberry puree (recipe below)
• 2 tsp sugar
• 1 ½ cups of ice
• 1 cup milk of preference

Instructions

1. Pour the blueberry puree in a glass and sprinkle with sugar.
2. Add ice to the glass.
3. Froth milk and add to glass.
4. Fill glass with Saltwinds Ocean Fresh cold brew.

Blueberry Puree Ingredients

• 1 cup maritime blueberries
• ¼ tsp honey
• ½ tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

1. Heat blueberries, honey and vanilla in a saucepan over medium-high heat until blueberries have broken down.
2. Remove from heat and let cool.
3. Add mixture to blender and blend until smooth.
