Drunken Sailor Blend - Dark Roast Coffee

The coffee was rich and bold and not bitter at all. It had a really good mouth feel.

This is my favourite. I’m spoiled and all other coffee tastes like garbage now. Thanks Saltwinds, you are contributing to me being a high maintenance coffee snob.

I get this blend for my Breville barista coffee machine. I really like the dark flavor of it.

Love this coffee. I sent some to my parents for birthdays and the first thing they asked me was where did I get that coffee. My family is a perk coffee crowd, and the flavours are perfectly suited to bring out the dark saltiness. Delicious.

4.5 stars really. Closer to the European coffee I like so much. I burr grind the beans and perc my brew. I drink it black and daily. Tastes a bit better with a little whiskey added!

The best. Discovered while in PEI visiting friends. Ordered it while there and it was waiting for me in Ontario. So smooth and robust. I can’t recall a coffee as impressive as this. I aim to buy more from their selection.

Superb blend, we really liked the fact that the bean was not shiny so the wax found on some beans plugged our automatic grinder but drunken sailor was great

I bought a 3 pack of coffees (Kraken, Drunken Sailor, Original Ocean Blend) to try. A friend had given me a bag of Kraken as a gift after a visit to the East coast, and upon trying it I was HOOKED, line and sinker. (Pun fully intended.) It was hands down the best coffee I've had, and that includes Hawaiian and freshly roasted Ethopian Yirgacheffe beans. As I'd already tried the Kraken, I started with the bag of Original Ocean Blend first. It was amazing and to me almost as good as the Kraken. When I finished that bag, I cracked open the Drunken Sailor, and it is now officially my favourite of the three! Not saying the other 2 aren't amazing (4.99 stars out of 5), but Drunken Sailor is definitely a full 5.

A full deep tasting coffee. It’s the coffee when facing a morning with cold and rain and chores to do that you grab to help you find that inner strenght to get out and “get er done”.

Smooth, I think it’s probably the best coffee I’ve ever had. Except when I’m in Jamaica. Lol. I think you guys need to be in more retail stores. It would be nice to find somewhere close by where all your coffee would be sold. I think the packaging is. is absolutely perfect.
