Kraken Blend - Dark Roast Coffee - High Caffeine

Exceptional coffee! Great flavour no after bite.

I liked it very much. Perhaps I am not an aficionado but I found it very similar in taste to Sirens.

You would never know by the smooth flavour that tihs is double caffiene, love it for when I need that extra, or for anytime :-)

And saltwind coffee including this high caffeine one … I’ve reduced my 2-3 tea spoons of sugar to half a spoon overnight.

I’ve always enjoyed coffee. But never have I ever enjoyed it as much as I do now.

I am NOT a coffee drinker as coffee usually disagrees with me, but I have found no issues with any of Saltwinds' blends, and enjoy the Kraken blend. My significant other is the coffee drinker and she LOVES the Kraken blend, making it a staple of her morning ritual.

The coffee was amazing! Bold with a lot of flavour. I drink mine black and there was no bitterness to it. I would recommend anyone that enjoys a strong coffee to try this.

Best coffee I’ve ever tasted! Tried different brewing methods for this coffee ,i find that it is best brewed using an Aeropress it brings out more depth of flavor.

Excellent coffee - strong and tasty

I enjoy a good full bodied dark roast and like to support Atlantic Canadian businesses. Unfortunately this one fell short. Although the packaging says it's a dark roast, a quick glance at the coffee beans said otherwise. Thjs roast is on the lighter side and has an off putting aroma. I really wanted to like this coffee but it tasted like wet cardboard. Maybe a true dark roast from Saltwinds would be better, but I would not purchase this one again.

I had to get this because of the name and illustration! I am a sucker for some fun, and this was fun to say. I am not a huge dark roast fan, however, I actually do enjoy having a cuppa this once a week.
